VERSATILE: This is an extremely versatile rope for all skill levels! I have used it since Day #1. It is great for mic releases, wraps, footwork, double unders, triple unders and more!

FEEL THE ROPE: Using a beaded rope like this, as opposed to a PVC rope gives you more feedback – you can really feel the rope’s force and can control it better than a lighter rope, especially as a beginner.

SHORT HANDLES: The short handles (5”) really tighten up your jump rope form. When you use long handles, you don’t have to cross your arms as far when doing a cross trick (toad, TS, etc), but these short handles train you to really understand arm and wrist placement!

HEAVIER: This beaded rope is heavier than a PVC rope or wire rope, which makes it easier to control. Lighter ropes sometimes spin out of control for me. Doing multiples (double unders, triple unders) is slightly more challenging on this beaded rope, but if you can nail them with a beaded rope, you can certainly nail them with a PVC or wire rope later on!

SIZING: Easily adjust the length of this segmented jump rope. The 10ft length will fit jumpers up to 6' 4" tall. Shorten/resize the jump rope as needed. When a rope is purchased, you will receive a link to my rope sizing tutorial!
