Pros: Very smooth and excellent spin time - perfectly weighted - relatively versatile - built to last.
Cons: The knurling is not aggressive enough - had to put some grip tape that unfortunately covers the nice logo - Cannot use 5mm PVC which is IMO the best size for licorice ropes - All ropes slides, I had to add rubber little tube to act as a stopper on the inside of the rope. Around the rope attachment, it got scratch very quickly. For that, I gave 4 out of 5 stars.
Pretty rope but not worth it. Although what I paid for 2 of these is still less than 1 real rope. For the past 15 years Ive been using a speed rope for Double Unders. This rope is not for DU's - way to heavy and does not spin. Not worth the money paid and unfortunately I bought both Hope Rope's -Easter Candy and Spring Sunset.
HI Kim, we definitely wouldn't recommend this rope for double unders. We have speed ropes for double unders we'd recommend the Surge or Bullet COMP. The thicker 6mm PVC on this rope slows the rope down and is intended for fitness and warmups.
It's fine for a carry bag. Just a bit large and cumbersome.
I bought these rope for an after school program to get the kids up and moving and they didn’t disappoint. We needed to replace some older cheap beaded ropes. We were able to get more kids jumping and more easily create a few different sizes to accommodate the children better.
Love the sleekness of the handles. The rope is fast. I’m still learning doubles but I think I’ll get them quick with the speed of this rope

Have the 5mm already with boxer handles great cord, bought the 4 and 6 mm cord havent decided on handles yet but really like them

My very 1st purchase from elite, I'm a boxer step guy with crisscross, reverse cross, side swings, that's about it, handles all very well, I'm 75 yrs and really like these ropes, have since made other purchases.
I like this rope. It has a good spin for me. I can go fast or slow. I can roll up and put it in my truck. It keeps its shape. It is the one I am going to use until I get the Southpaw down!!
I am a beginner at CrossFit and ordered the Sports Performance Jump Rope, which includes 3 types of ropes, so you can work your way up to the speed rope. The handles are very well made and spin smoothly. It is easy to assemble and customize the length to fit. The ropes, handles, and fittings come in a nice zippered bag. I also bought the mat. I highly recommend these products.

Hi, I just bought it 3-4 weeks ago, was really busy to actually start to jump. Suddenly today I just did some and the string was rips, broken little plastic that cover the strings. Hmm really not worth the price I paid
