I've really enjoyed using the Elite SRS Overcomer Series Jump Rope as part of my fitness routine. The 1" beaded jump rope has a satisfying snap when it hits the ground, and the custom unbreakable handles and shatterproof beads make it a durable choice. It's perfect for adults, but just be mindful that you'll need a high ceiling or outdoor space to make the most of it, and it might not be easily adjustable for kids. Overall, it's a fantastic workout companion that I highly recommend.

The rope is too long and hard to use.

First, I really loved the colour, turquoise. The handle is so comfortable and the material is really good. I've been practising some cool tricks with it, and learning even more.

Jumping rope was something I did as a kid. I’ve jumped for fun, during warmups for boxing training and participated in a few event programs such as Jump Rope For Heart. I would consider myself a beginner though. People have been doing really cool jump rope tricks on social media. Have you seen? I haven’t touched a rope in years until I came across a bunch of clips on instagram. That’s what inspired me to get started again.. oh, and the health benefits too.

This beaded rope is perfect for beginners. It’s so easy to use, holds its shape, doesn’t kink and provides more feedback than one without the beads. Not doing much exciting tricks yet, but I’m practicing & progressing each day. I will get there. I’m 5’3” so I did have to adjust (shorten) the length of the rope, which was simple to do. I’m loving this particular rope by Elite SRS so far and so far it is good. I’ve been using it almost daily (I’ll miss a day once in awhile) for over a month now, outside on the pavement in my backyard, and it is holding up fine. It is definitely worth the price!

I'm 70 years old, and getting enough exercise is hard to do. I had a jump rope years ago (in my 50's) and it was okay. The weighting beads on this one give the rope some momentum so I don't have to work as hard just to move the rope. They also tend to keep the rope from tangling up.
This rope was WAY long - even at nearly 6 feet tall, I had to cut off probably 8 to 10 inches to get it the right length (CAUTION: make sure to singe the cut end to keep it from unravelling).
I'm not into tricks, just exercise and getting my heart to pump faster, and this works well for that. Just a few minutes of simple jump roping raises my heart rate like walking for a long time uphill.
