Wholesale Shipping

We begin processing your order within 1 business day after it is placed. We are committed to getting product to you as quickly as possible. PRODUCTION TIMES

• Under 1000 units: We will ship your order within 2 weeks.
• Over 1000 units: Will ship within 3 weeks.

SHIPPING

We offer a range of shipping options for our wholesale customers.

• Ship on your own account: We understand many customers may have their own shipping accounts they would like to use. Simply contact us at wholesale@elitesrs.com and we can enable an option at checkout for your to ship on your own account. At this time we can only ship on FedEx and UPS accounts unless you arrange for a pickup at our warehouse.
• Small parcel: We offer carrier calculated rates with FedEx and USPS for small domestic and international shipments. You will see these shipping rates and delivery time options at checkout.
• Pallet: We can palletize your shipment. Contact us for more details.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Your destination country may charge additional duties, taxes and fees that we are unable to incorporate into your shipping quote at this time. Any such fees are your responsibility. Please note that duties, taxes, and/or any other fees originating from the destination country vary by region and change on a regular basis. Please contact us if you have special international shipping requirements.
