Spark Speed Rope

The Spark is the perfect introduction to speed jumping. Featuring the lightest speed handles we offer (0.6oz), this rope is great for competitive speed jumping, double unders, and CrossFit. Ultra light handles are helpful for reducing hand and arm fatigue.

• Choose 2.4mm nylon coated steel cable (more durable, but slower) or 1.6mm bare steel cable (faster, but less durable)

Sizing: Cable comes in a 10 foot length. Will fit anybody up to 6' 3" tall. Cut off the extra cable after adjusting with the adjustable screw/collar system.
