Great adjustable jump rope

This jump rope is the same brand as another item that we have so it was a trusted brand for us. We appreciate that there are three different types of ropes that you can swap out depending on the workout that you want to do. We noticed a circular card with "Made by Becca" which we believe is referring to the hand assembling and also a small business which we like to support when we can. The only minor negative thing is that there wasn't any assemble instruction included which would have been nice. The usage seems good so far and we would recommend to others.

Never recieved order

Need to measure better next time

Jump rope was amazing, but I unfortunately cut it too short and I cannot properly hit my doubles :( I will buy another one though soon!!!!

Great bundle of high quality speed ropes

The Spark is the perfect introduction to speed jumping. Featuring the lightest speed handles offer (0.6oz), this rope is great for competitive speed jumping, double unders, and Crossfit. Ultra light handles are helpful for reducing hand and arm fatigue.

Kit Includes

  • Spark rope handles (assorted colors). 
  • Black nylon coated 2.4mm speed cables. Made in USA. 10ft long. Kink resistant.
  • Adjustable screws for quickly sizing ropes
  • Adjustable wall mounted jump rope rack (optional add on)

Handles: 0.6oz weight each / 5.35" length / diameter at widest part: 0.87"

Sizing: Cable comes in a 10 foot length. Will fit anybody up to 6' 4" tall. Cut off the extra cord after adjusting the cord with the adjustable screw/collar system. 

Handles accept cable diameters up 3.2mm and everything thinner. Purchase additional cords separately.
