Handle Feedback

Attention to details is quite important. Although the appearance is similar, these handles are not the boxer handles, which are 5mm, not 4mm. Anyway, the good news is they’re bright and colorful and just downright look snazzy… Maybe I can make a necklace or find someone who skips 4mm ropes.

Collapsible content

Sold individually, not in pairs.

Ultra light 0.6oz plastic polymer handles for building your own speed ropes. Handles utilize a free spinning plastic dowel to achieve speed (not ball bearings).

Handle Upgrade: The Spark handles on this rope are the most recent design upgrade in the Speed Rope series. With these handles we have reduced handle weight, streamlined the handle profile, added a new dowel for a smoother spin and added dimples to the grips to help keep the handles from slipping when you sweat.

Head fits cables up to 3.3mm in diameter.

    - Handle weight: 0.6oz / each

    Jump smarter with a mat

We recommend using a jump rope mat to reduce impact on your joints and to extend the life of your jump rope, especially on hard outdoor surfaces.
