1 Year Warranty

We take great pride in the quality of products, and we want you to have a great experience when you shop with us. You have one year to check the durability and quality of our products.

Our products are guaranteed with a 1-year money back warranty. Within the 1 year warranty we will refund, repair and/or replace parts or products that are defective in materials or workmanship. We pay the shipping.

To get a refund or replacement for your product call us at 509.257.3352. We answer the phone Monday through Friday, 8am to 4pm PST. You will talk to a native English speaking customer service agent here at our warehouse in Wenatchee, WA. If we're not available leave a message and we'll get back to your promptly. Please have your order number, shipping address and email available so we can quickly look it up!

Returns & Refunds

If you want to return your product, or get a refund for any reason other than issues with the quality, the item must be returned within 90 days from the day you've received your order. Transit times are not included within this time. If you need to return an item, you can request a return through your manage account section or email us at contact@elitejumps.co and we will send return instructions including return address.

  • Item must be sent back with your order information (order number, item, name, address and email). This is so we can correctly identify your order with the returned item.
  • All items are thoroughly inspected before any action is taken.
  • Returns can take up to 7 days to process, so don't worry if you've tracked your return as delivered but haven't received your refund yet.
  • The original shipping costs are not refunded (unless due to product quality) and we don't pay for return shipping to send the item back to us. 
  • The returned parcel is the customers responsibility up until Elite Jumps has acknowledged that the package has been received.
  • Any returns received without order information may result in a delay in the processing of your refund.

If any item returned breaches any of the terms outlined in this policy, we reserve the right to return the item back to you in the same condition it was received in.
