I really like the surge 3.0. I bought it originally to work on double unders. I realized later on that i should probably work on double unders with bigger PVC cord for practice. As far as speed cords go, I have 2.4mm & 3.2mm. They both fit fine. The max PVC that you can put in this one is 4mm. It wont fit 5 or anything bigger than 4 if you ever wanted to interchange them like I do for different feels and stuff. Comes with a little screwdriver on the end of each handle which is super helpful when switching out cables or doing adjustments.

This is a great double under speed rope. If your goal is for speed this is great. If you're a beginner with double unders, I kinda recommend getting a rope that between 4-6 PVC to start with. I dont use this one as much as I thought I would. However I am a new jumper and didnt know what I know now when I made the purchase. At some point I will get more use out of it, but this one is more for advance double under people (i'm only a beginner). It’s great for single speed bounces though.

such amazing handles on this one. you can literally spin it once and it just keeps spinning. The max PVC that you can out in the handle is 4. I can do crossovers but its tricky cause its a fast one. PERFECT for double unders.

This is a great play activity for the kids on our street. It’s a long jump rope that is great for double Dutch.
The adults have taught the kids some of the old jump rope chants and now the kids keep themselves busy, jumping rope, for a little while.
Great jump rope for a lot of fun!

I ORDERED THE BEGINNER PROGRESSION JUMP ROPE BUNDLE. I HAVE ENJOYED USING THE 3 DIFFERENT ROPES AND THE MAT. WHEN I TRIED TO ADJUST THE WEIGHTED BEADED ROPE THERE WAS NOT ENOUGH SLACK IN THE ROPE TO UNTIE THE KNOT TO TAKE OFF BEADS TO MAKE SHORTER. I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY IMMEDIATELY SENT ME A NEW ROPE. I RECEIVED EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I absolutely love my jump rope. this is probably my favorite one since I am learning tricks and trying out new things. I have a lot of control with this rope and great for beginners and learning tricks.

I love the speed rope. I love taking it on my runs, to the park, through the neighborhood… but. Only a few weeks in, and I have already worn through the coating; and the rope doesn’t even hit the pavement every day. Not as durable as I’d like it to be.
